Back in 2019/20 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Autoimmune and Thyroid Cancer. This kicked off a crazy journey of trying to navigate the Western medical system that didn’t feel aligned with actual healing, and then having to spend so much time, energy and money on all the supplements, flying across the country to see the best doctors and clinics, all sorts of therapies and anything and everything I could find to heal.
Through that journey, I did heal in many ways - I was able to regain control of my life and grow in beautiful ways as I removed much toxicity of my life. As time went on, I started to get symptoms of reoccurrence. This threw me for a loop - so after a near death experience, I faced the one thing I had been tip toeing around for years. A deep, DEEP detox. Sure, I had done all sorts of cleanses and fasting, I even did what I thought was parasite cleanses and so much more. But nothing like what I set out to do. In this experience I was able to finally release incredible amounts of mucoid plaque, parasites, gallbladder stones, heavy metals and all sorts of waste matter.

I had reached the turning point of my life. I felt my life force come back in FULL EFFECT. Any residual or lingering pains, fatigue, fear, past traumas, and inflammations were finally released. And just like that, my tumor markers went to undetectable and my inflammation markers became incredibly low. BOOM.

Parasite + Heavy Metal Detox Retreats
Our bodies are overburdened with toxins that can cause all sorts of illnesses. Until we get into the deep detoxing, our immune systems and life force suffer to heal and function properly. Using a tried and tested methodology, in 10 days you will have a deep detoxification that will address mucoid plaque to allow the body to get into a release process to remove parasites, chemicals, toxins and heavy metals.
With 3 days of preparation before you arrive, 8-10 days of retreat and 3 days of post reintroduction of foods - by the end of two weeks your body will have gone through the type of detox that can take months or even years to do.

Most of us are walking around as hosts for parasites while having decades of toxic buildup that help them thrive in our systems.

Mucoid plaque is a biofilm that builds up in our intestinal walls - it is our bodies way of protecting us from toxins, but over time if we do not cleanse it and we continue to expose ourselves to more toxins, the plaque putrefies. This creates a sluggish digestive system, blocks nutrients from being absorbed, houses toxins and protects parasites from being removed. It is essential to remove mucoid plaque in order to get into deeper detoxification.

We are constantly exposed to viruses and bacterias, but with a completely healthy system - our body can fight these germs. One of the worst aspects of toxins are heavy metals. From vaccines given at a young age to scans with contrast, to the aluminum foil you’ve been using to cook - many metals lodge themselves into our brains and organs, making them a root cause of many cognitive issues including brain fog, anxiety, to severe issues such as ALS and Parkinson’s, along with chronic inflammation. Heavy metals are the hardest to fully detox. Chelation must be done properly and safely to avoid intense herxheimer reactions or the redistribution of the metals into other areas of the body. It is imperative to prepare the body for this process. This process will prime the body for safe and effective release with support for detox symptoms.
What is muqoid plaque?
“The intestines can store a vast amount of partially digested, putrefying matter (as well as drugs and other toxic chemicals) – for decades even. Some intestines, when autopsied, have weighed up to 40 pounds and were distended to a diameter of 12 inches with only a pencil-thin channel through which the feces could move.

The Place
Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica located on the Caribbean side of the country boasts an eclectic mix of Pura Vida and Rastah “One Love” vibes. It is home to the most beautiful white and black sand beaches that are always the perfect temperature. Unlike most of Costa Rica, PV does not have a dry/rainy season. It is consistently sunny with a sprinkling of rainy days year round.
With incredible wildlife, an easy access paved road and a town that has everything you need nearby - it is the perfect place to rest, recharge and let nature hold you as you go through a life-changing experience.
You will be provided with nourishing meals for 8-10 days. The diet is essential to give your body a rest to be able to detox. You will still be nourished, but with very specific meals including as much fruit as you want to eat and an array of satiating soups. Costa Rica is known to have the best fruit in the world - enjoy the most incredible flavors that will literally power your body up to have the electric energy you need to detox.

The Process

Preparation/Integration
You will get detailed instructions on how to prep 3 days before your arrival and a post-integration plan for the days after retreat. Additional 1-1 Integration sessions w/LeeAna available.

Physical
All food and drinks will be provided. Your supplements, tea, binder and equipment will be included in kit. All remaining left over materials will be for you to take with you for maintenance purposes.

Emotional
Everyday you will have allotted time with LeeAna for emotional support. Detoxing is not just physical it is very much emotional too. You will be held in your needs through the journey.

Detoxing is a spiritual journey. Parasites and toxins are energetic vibrations that cause stagnancy and block us from our highest potential. Many people experience breakthroughs through this journey.

How do I get there?
You will fly into San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). From there you can either take a 45 min flight to Limon (Sansa Air) and then a taxi (1 hour), take the Caribe Shuttle (www.caribeshuttle.com) or ask us about a private transfer.
Do I have to take off work?
We recommend taking the time and space to focus on rest and rejuvenation, but clients can balance a reasonable amount of work while detoxing. We do recommend having a light schedule and taking time off especially Day 6/7 of detoxing.
What if I have food intolerances?
The dieta is very simple and low inflammatory, make sure to discuss this with our team.
Can I do adventures?
We do not suggest booking any excursions while you are here as you will not know your energy levels as you go through the detox. We recommend more relaxing add-ons listed below, this is a time to pamper yourself more than push yourself.
How do I get around Puerto Viejo?
You can rent a bike, scooter, or car. There are also Tuk Tuks and Uber available at your request.
Can I eat other foods outside of the diet provided?
Costa Rica is abundant with many varieties of fruits you maybe have never tried! Eat as much fruits as you like! But any other meals outside of the ones provided can greatly deter the detoxification process.
Will I get sick?
Detoxing can cause symptoms called herxing, but with the program and the way it is designed it is very manageable. We recommend daily ocean dips also as this helps with detox symptoms.
I’ve detoxed, now what?
We will give you specific instructions for aftercare and maintenance. We suggest every 6 months a shorter maintenance detox to keep up with new exposures.

I get it, trust me I do. We can try so many things, and make marginal progress, but then are back at square one. It’s not until deep mucoid plaque releases that open up to releasing parasites and heavy metals that the deeper change begins to take course.
